This department contains both analysis of the laws impacting trans-border data flow, and the actual experiences of companies transferring data under these laws. There are country by country summaries of legal requirements in the "Current National Law Requirements" section. Papers from the Article 29 Working Group can be found in the "EU Intrepretive Documents" section. Also included in this department are model contracts and clauses for the protection of personal data in trans-border data flow. The final section presents the experiences of companies transferring data to and from Europe. All of the documents in this department are arranged chronologically, and then alphabetically.
